Welcome to Mharo Khujner. Mharo Khujner is a professional community platform startup designed for the people of Khujner, Madhya Pradesh. By accessing or using Mharo Khujner (the “App”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by applicable law.
• You must register with accurate information and keep your profile data up to date.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Immediately notify us at support@mharokhujner.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in malicious activity.

3. User Content

• Users may post text, images, videos, and other content (“User Content”). By posting, you confirm you have all necessary rights and grant Mharo Khujner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute that content within the App.
• Prohibited content includes unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• The platform reserves the right to remove or block any content violating these Terms or deemed harmful.

4. Chat & Messaging Rules

• All chat and messaging features are protected by end-to-end encryption to ensure privacy.
• Users must not use chat for harassment, spamming, phishing, sharing illegal content, or impersonation.
• The platform may monitor activity for malicious behavior and can suspend or ban accounts without notice if harmful activity is detected.
• Users are responsible for all messages they send and any consequences arising from them.

5. Marketplace (Khujner Bazar)

• The App provides a platform for buying and selling goods and services. Mharo Khujner acts solely as a facilitator.
• All transactions are strictly between buyers and sellers. The platform does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or resolve disputes unless explicitly stated.
• Users should verify seller credentials and inspect products before making purchases.

6. Local Services & Bookings

• Service providers listed on the App are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mharo Khujner.
• Any agreements for services, including terms, pricing, and guarantees, are between the user and service provider.
• The platform does not guarantee service quality or completion.

7. Fundraising & Charity

• The App may host fundraising campaigns. Organizers must provide transparent and truthful descriptions of intended fund use.
• Unless explicitly stated, Mharo Khujner does not hold or manage collected funds. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers chosen by organizers.
• Misuse of fundraising features, including fraud or misrepresentation, may result in account suspension and legal action.

8. Privacy

• The App collects personal information necessary for operation (profile data, messages, transaction records, device data).
• Use of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy. If no separate policy is published, Mharo Khujner follows reasonable data-handling practices in compliance with Indian privacy laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post or distribute illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or hateful material.
• Violate intellectual property rights or disclose others’ private data without consent.
• Impersonate others or manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App’s systems (hacking, scraping, malware distribution, DDoS, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logos, trademarks, and content are owned by Mharo Khujner or licensed to it. Users may not copy or use these materials without permission. Report any copyright infringement via our takedown procedure.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” and “as available.” Mharo Khujner does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including disputes among users, purchases, or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mharo Khujner harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate your account for violations of Terms, illegal activity, or harmful conduct. Termination does not limit the right to pursue legal remedies.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
