Mharo Khujner provides a chat and messaging feature to allow users to communicate securely. We are committed to ensuring that all messaging data remains private and protected from unauthorized access.

- Message content, including text, emojis, media (images, videos, audio), and links.
- Metadata such as sender, receiver, timestamp, device information, and message status (sent, delivered, read).
- Encryption keys are generated and stored securely on user devices, not on the platform servers.
How We Use Chat Data:
- Deliver messages in real-time between users.
- Maintain message history for users’ convenience unless deleted by the user.
- Ensure platform functionality such as notifications, unread counts, and message delivery status.
Security Measures:
- All chat content is protected using end-to-end encryption. Only the sender and receiver can read message content.
- Encryption keys are device-based and never transmitted unencrypted.
- Chat servers only process encrypted messages and do not have access to the plaintext content.

User Controls & Rights:
- Users can delete messages individually or clear chat history entirely.

- If a user sends a photo to another user, it is encrypted on the sender’s device, transmitted securely, and decrypted only on the recipient’s device.
